Your Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Project Execution: Oversee and manage end-to-end HR consultancy projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
2. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their HR needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Team Leadership: Coordinate with internal teams, guiding them through tasks, setting goals, and fostering collaboration to ensure project success.
4. Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement project strategies that align with both client goals and the latest HR trends.
