NHC is the Tanzania Government’s public housing agency covering development and management residential, commercial, institutional. NHC also deploys other innovative investment models such as equity, revenue sharing etc as well as urban renewal/regeneration projects through strategic partnerships. NHC manages the single largest public owned real estate residential portfolio in the country. Upcoming projects (for both lease and sale) include the Samia Housing scheme (Kawe), Safari City Arusha, Mradi wa Nyumba 1000 Dodoma, Morocco Square and 711 Kawe (luxury seaside living). NHC is also developing 5,000 affordable homes.
