The Zanzibar Housing Corporation is Zanzibar Government’s mandated agency for developing and managing housing and mixed use developments. ZHC has over 3,000 homes in its current portfolio and will develop nearly 4,000 additional homes over the next 3-4 years across Zanzibar and Pemba. ZHC is also developing the largest ever affordable housing project in Zanzibar comprising 3,000 homes targeting low and middle income families. Total planned investment is over USD 250 million.
